Send a Payment Context request.

Note: Successful Payment Context requests will always return a 201 response.

Effective August 2026, Payment Context is no longer supported for new integrations. New integration requests return a 405 Method Not Allowed response. For new integrations, call the Create a Payment Setup endpoint instead.
